The syllabus of the exams are nearly same, the extent of baics and the concepts are differnt. In IBPO Prelims the main focus is on basics while in Mains the mian focus is on the concepts. The syllabus of preliminary exam is english language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning ability. The syllabus of Mains is financial awareness, computer aptitude, reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, english language, general awareness. The difficulty level of the questions asked in the exams are different, the level of questions aksed in preliminary exams are much easier, while teh questions asked in the Mains exam are much difficult.
