Yes, obviously they are better. The brand value of Manipal University is best in the private colleges, so you can't compare SRM and Manipal University Jaipur campus also.

You should check the placement statistics of both the college on their website and compare them. That will give you better idea.

Yes, MUJ computer science is very good as compared to its competitors. MUJ provides good working and research environment.
