Are the placements good for UG aerospace engineering?

I am a student of the institute and as far as I know the placements re good overall for the college but for aerospace it is moderate. You need to sit for other companies as well rather than hoping to get in the core companies. -

8 months agoThis institute has a glorious past and has been given the status of institute of eminence by GoI. College has a dynamic placements cell and some of the placements are really at higher end. But then aerospace engineering is a different cup of tea. Only about 40% students could be placed. Now this could be because of economic conditions in India as well as lack of availability of core sector jobs. This second condition is going to remain in India for foreseeable future. Hence, I would like to advise you that please be circumspect before you finally take plunge in this branch. Best wishes to you.
