Are the post graduate and advanced diploma courses in canada both the same? and what is the average salary package after doing this course?

I have completed my BE in electronics and communications, I got 6.5 bands in IELTS, 8 in listening, 6.5 in speaking 6 in reading and 5.5 in writing
