    Who tells so? Engineering colleges in private sectors are allowed to operate only after due scrutiny. You have to only screen if such colleges have good faculties, library and laboratories. Take a chance to visit a few before you finally opt for one.

    Only some top ranked private colleges are good. You can check rankings of these colleges from uptu.ac.in which is official website of Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
