Hi Farnaz, All the online rank predictors are based on the cutoff marks provided by BITS last year. So I guess they are reliable. However, for more clarity, you can check the last year official cutoff scores published by BITS at http://bitsadmission.com/cutoffscores2017.aspx Best wishes.
