Are the results of JEE Mains paper 1 and paper 2 related to each other?

No, both have their own importance and are not related to each other. Paper 1 is for B.Tech (all branches).
Paper 2 is for B.Arch (architecture only). -
Paper 1 is meant for B.Tech and BE and giving Paper 1 is mandatory and not paper 2, as paper 2 is for B.Arch. There is no relation between these two. -
No, these papers are not related to each other, paper 1 is for admission in B.Tech. All the branches and paper 2 are only for architecture.
