Are the scores of class 12th considered for getting admission in NITs and IITs?

I have got 61% marks in Bihar board exam and 32000 rank in JEE Mains.

You just have to score the minimum marks of 75% to fulfill eligibility criteria for applying to these colleges they take students based on JEE Mains and ADVANCED scores.

No, the scores of class 12th is not considered for getting admission in NIT and IIT, which they only considered JEE Main and JEE Advanced score for admission.
