Are the seats always filled? I have applied for a loan that is yet to be sanctioned.

Is there any chance that by the end end of stipulated date the seats will get filled and I won't get a chance inspite of being selected?

It can't be predicted. Generally, some seats may get left.
The decision is upto institute whether they will accept that or not.
My suggestion is that if you have got selected and you are facing some financial barriers, at least go and discuss it with the officials. They can legitimately help you regarding your problem. -
Last year the total number of seats were not filled but can't be sure for this year. You can book or confirm your seat by depositing a small amount of fee. Then you don't have to worry about the seats getting full.
