Yes, with UCEED rank only Delhi students can apply for IIIT, Delhi

Hi Rajeev, No, there is no state-wise reservation as such. Reservations are only there for the non-creamy layer. To have an idea about the rank cut-off, please refer to the previous years' cut-off here https://www.shiksha.com/design/industrial-product-design/exams/uceed/cutoff
