  • Yes, the Staff Selection Commission increased the number of vacancies in the SSC CGL 2023 exam from 7,500 to 8,415. The Commission released the final SSC CGL 2023 vacancies pdf on November 17. The SSC CGL 2023 notification mentioned that there will be around 7,500 vacancies for the exam.

    The Commission released the category-wise and post-wise vacancies in the final iteration. Higher number of vacancies will imply lower cutoff in the SSC CGL main exam 2023. The Commission conducted the SSC CGL 2023 main exam on October 26 and 27 ony.
