Are there Africans at LPU?

LPU is a home for students all around the world. There are enough African students at LPU. LPU has a lot of people from abroad. Even I have 10s of students from the neighboring countries and Africa. I am doing B.Tech CSE Hons. From LPU and I SEE a lot of diverse students. LPU has people from every regionality as it offers to provide international exposure to the students and invited international students to pursue their degrees at LPU. Also, LPU provides different programs for their students to study abroad. There are a lot of schemes and programs to provide the student of LPU an international exposure and make her/him industry-ready. Some of the programs prevalent in LPU are given below: Credit Transfer: This is the one where you get a degree from the abroad partnering university. Student after successful completion of 2 years. At LPU may be given the option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of the programme subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies. International Exposure OptionStudents may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to the USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. Semester exchange students may be given an option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions.

Lovely Professional University is the largest university in India having students from all over the country and all over the world. LPU is so diverse!I did MBA from this University and a lot of student from Africa were studying with me. Still few are in my contact. Lovely Professional University consists of students across the Globe and yes there is a huge bunch of students from Africa too. LPU promotes the culture and heritage of every country and tries to maintain a healthy friendly relationship among the students from different corners of the world. A lot of students in Lovely Professional University are from Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Gambia, Zambia, and Somalia etc.

LPU is a large university with huge diversity. Here people from African countries come to study and to teach as faculty members as well. Students from all over the globe are welcomed here, and given equal opportunities of placements and startups as well. The university sets an example of Unity in Diversity. Here, not only the Indian festivals but various festivals of different countries are also celebrated together.

LPU is not only the Best University in the country but also the university with the most diverse student population. Learning at LPU will make you a truly global citizen. LPU is often termed Mini World ' because of its diversity. Hundreds of international students join Lovely Professional University every year. LPU has now got on its rolls students from around 30 to 40 foreign lands. In addition to previous student enrollment from 26 countries, many new students are coming from other countries like Mongolia, Thailand, Mauritius, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. Still, more international students from China, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, and other countries are expected to get themselves enrolled, within a few days.

A Big flaunting Yes. I live in Jalandhar city, and LPU is sparsely distant from our place. Many times I have witnessed them roaming in the markets or at eating joints in the city. I have interacted with them few times and to my surprise every time I found them LPU students. Believe me with serenity they told me that they are students of LPU. Now this shows, how Diversified is the culture in LPU. One would get International Exposure if studying here. LPU has a giant Culture Event, they conduct it every year. In this Cultural Event Students of Every country showcased their own culture, attires, and many more, Newspaper is the resource. LPU is a largely diversified university with a huge number of students from more than 70 countries. Here people from African countries rather than from other 70 countries Nepal, Bhutan, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Gambia, Zambia, and Somalia, Nigeria, Afghanistan, etc. Come to study and to teach as faculty members as well. Students from all over the globe are welcomed here and given equal opportunities for placements and startups as well. The university Sets an example of Unity in Diversity. Hi there, The answer to your question is YES. Well, such a nice question. I myself pursued Masters in Mathematics from LPU back in year 2019 and then I got admission in LPU for Ph.D. in the same. LPU is such a big university that has more than 40000 students over there who are not only Indians but from different countries too. In LPU, there is a huge bunch of students from Africa too. Not only from Africa but from other countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Gambia, Zambia, and Somalia, Nigeria, Afghanistan etc. During my Masters course, I had classmates from Afghanistan, Nigeria, Nepal and too good friends of mine even still in contact. Every student at Lovely Professional University is blessed to get exposure to a variety of culture and tradition that aids in the overall societal growth of students. The environment is rich not only in the level of learning but also demonstrates India's international relations with other nations. The diversity does not only end here, but Students from African countries and many more parts of the world have also come here to study and to teach as faculty members. LPU is an enormous university with immense diversity. Here individuals from African nations come to study and to teach as faculty members too. Lovely Professional University, acknowledge it as an additional responsibility towards the International students understanding that as an international student they may at first find numerous aspects of studying overseas different from their own country. So to help the international students as much as possible, the University provides a single-window service facility and expert help to all its international students through the International Office. Students from everywhere the globe are invited here and given equivalent opportunities for placements and startups as well. The university sets an illustration of Solidarity in Diversity.
