Besides the tuition fee, students need to pay additional fees for the MHA at St. John's Medical College, including:
- RGUHS fee (University) of 12,000/-
- Caution deposit of 10,000/-
- Library deposit of 3,000/-
- Lab deposit of 3,000/-
- Examination fee as prescribed by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences
- Other fees as notified at the time of admission or at the appropriate time.
