Are there any better options than doing an MBA after graduation?

It depends whether you wish to do post-graduation immediately or have some work experience.
If you wish to take break from studies, get some real life industry experience then I recommend you to search for job and start working.
For post-graduation studies you have three options:
MS: Education from outside India, experience of staying in different country and managing your needs.
M Tech/ ME: If you wish to pursue technical knowledge and join as a professor (teacher) in your life and then comes MBA.
You can also give banking exams like IBPS, PO to join into banks.

There are many options for your career, but it depends on your interest, your percentage in the field in which you would like to make your career.

7 years agoFurther studies in your field of graduation - A post-graduate specialization in your own area of study will help you earn more salary and also place you in priority during interviews.
Teach - If you wish to get into teaching, you can complete your post-graduation, that is ME and M Tech and then go for NET or SET.
Go abroad - If you want to explore options abroad, you can also consider doing an MS. Just ensure that you are mentally prepared to go outside India and financially you can manage the course and the stay abroad.
