Are there any chance to lower my physics marks if I applied for physics re-test from WBCHSE 2018?

I passed HS2018 from WBCHSE but failed in physics, obtaining 13 marks in theory exam, chemistry & physics marks are in the range between 45-50. I had gone through the procedure of reappearing of the above-mentioned subjects. They said I was only eligible for physics & applied for chemistry & maths?
