Are there any chances for getting into a government college such as NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a decent branch?

My JEE Mains percentile is 89.5 and CRL rank is 118000. My OBC NCL rank is 37000 and I am from UP (female).

    Frankly speaking, chances for getting IITs, NITs and GFTIs are moderate on the percentile. You have to improve this up to 95 for more probability in upcoming JEE Main exams.
