Are there any chances of conversion as I am in the 3rd merit and waitlist number is 40.

Depends on ILS conversions. Once ILS and CAP 4 results and even ACAP releases, then we can get a clear picture. But still tough considering this year's competition.

No chances as all the list are out but I would suggest you talk to office administrator.
