Are there any chances of getting admission in SIES through ILS? I have scored 96.38 percentile in CET and state level rank is 1723.

Your chances are tough. Last year the cutoff was 98.7 for ILS and 99 for general MMS seats.

No there are nil chances considering your state rank which is high. The cutoff will be around 1000 rank.
