Are there any chances of getting admissions in Germany if I have scored 58% in my mechanical engineering?

Hi Hitesh, With 58%, there is no chance in Germany. German Universities offer admission with grades as high as 90%. You must look for other less competitive countries like Poland, Cyprus, etc.
