Are there any chances to get opportunity into IIMs with 66% score in CAT for OBC candidate?
I got 66% in CAT(72% in quant,66 %reasoning, 64% English). I am from OBC and done B.Tech with 73%.

No, even for OBC 66 is very low score. You must try in other colleges after checking the cutoff.
