<p>Punjab University campus itself have this atmosphere in some departments.</p><p>I have experienced that in my campus and I advice you not to misuse that freedom. Yes, I agree it is the age to enjoy a lot but it is also the time to learn a lot. You can have a free wifi and free library access. But when you passout of college, you come to know that nothing in this world is free. So use the time effective by balancing both academics and other activities.</p>
