    Based on the class 12th percent, you can enter only a few state universities and private colleges. You might be successful in getting a seat there given your category quota. If you took the JEE Mains, COMEDK or any other entrance exam so you can get some decent college. Otherwise on the basis of 12th marks it's hard to get into some good college.
