Dear Kavya if you are talking about Jalandhar in particular then I would say Lovely Professional University is the only university that offers distance learning course. Technically it is in Phagwara but just a few kilometres from Jalandhar. For we Jalandhar it seems it is in Jalandhar only. The LPU
