BBA is a three year degree course in India. No University in India offers 4 years duration BBA course.

Majority of USA universities allows Indian 3-years degree holder to do MBA. If your target university requirement is four-years of graduation degree then you opt for one year PG Diploma after BBA to meet USA universities requirements.
