Are there any colleges or universities that consider IELTS general score as well for studies?
I did MCA in 2011 & have 6.6 years of experience in IT field as an automation test lead. I tried for PR but it didn't work out for me. Now I am planning for studies in Canada, thinking about Data Science and project management. Please suggest which course or programme suits best to me.

No. IELTS General score will not be accepted by any university. Need to do only Academic module only. General module is meant for workers and for work visa and immigration it will be accepted. It is advisable to do a programme related to your experience. Yes project management is a good option. Given your experience you can also do your MBA.
