Are there any courses at European University Georgia that are offered in the English language?

No, there are no English proficiency test requirements for International students who wish to study at Samarkand State Medical University. But English language understanding and 10+2  medium of study must be English for the English-taught programs at SSMU. 

Every University has their own set of selection criteria. English Proficiency scores are one of the very important aspect of the criteria. IELTS and TOEFL are accepted by ETH Zurich. The MS Course at ETH Zurich eligibility criteria:

• A UG degree with a minimum (180 ECTS)
• Good extracurricular activities

Students need at least 33 out of 100 marks to pass the UP Board 12th English exam.
