    Hello,
    It's a common misconception in India that if you want to make your career in Information Technology then you must have to option for engineering (B.Tech+M.Tech), but it is a not complete truth. Now the world is changing and growing at very fast pace hence the courses in IT also. Apart from the degree of engineering in IT you can do several others courses like:

In order to have technical career in IT, you require educational qualifications such as B.Tech computer Science/ IT, BCA-MCA, B.Sc-M.Sc computer Science/IT. (b) IT infrastructure support including Desktop, server, networking, Telecom support.
