Are there any engineering colleges for B.Tech in India with a total fee of 1 lakh?

Hello Murali,
Best engineering college in India charging about Rs. 1 L for four year course? Perhaps was possible few years back. But today fees of even government colleges is about Rs. 50K or more per annum. I am afraid, in this budget, nobody can find best Engineering college in India.
