Foreign universities like US and UK universities offer admission based on your GMAT and TOEFL scores.

It is rare but not impossible. A very high GMAT score, outstanding work experience and brilliant career goals essay will do the trick. Very importantly, you must be able to show them the dire need of an MBA and how you will contribute to the society as a whole after holding an MBA and why you need the degree so badly.
