    No, there are no exceptions or exemptions for the 60% eligibility requirement for admission to Bachelor in Management Studies (BMS) at SIES (Nerul) College Of Arts, Science & Commerce. The college follows a merit-based admission process with a minimum requirement of 45% for general category & 40% for reserved category in the first attempt at the respective examination.
