Yes, there are exceptions or exemptions for the 60% eligibility requirement for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) at Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Guwahati.
For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks for admission to B.Pharm programme shall not be less than 45% in (10 +2) or equivalent examination (PCM/PCB).
Also, the aggregate marks required is 55% for general candidates and 50% for lateral entry.
