There are no exceptions or exemptions for the 60% eligibility requirement for admission to B.Tech. in Civil Engineering at BIT Mesra. Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% marks in average of all subjects in Class X and XII or Equivalent Examination and hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum 60% marks in average in graduation.
