    Yes, there are exceptions for the 60% eligibility requirement. Candidates with a Diploma in engineering need a minimum of 55% marks, and those with a B.Sc. degree need at least 55% marks and must have passed 10+2 with mathematics as a subject. Additionally, there are relaxations for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD candidates.
