Yes, there are exceptions or exemptions for the 60% eligibility requirement for admission to Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD categories are given a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.
