For B.Sc. in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology at AIIMS Rishikesh, the eligibility requirement is 50% for Gen / OBC (NCL)/EWS (45% in case of SC / ST Categories) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, & Biology, or a Diploma in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology after completing 12th class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in physics, chemistry, & biology.
