    Yes, there are exceptions to the 60% eligibility requirement. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are eligible with 40% to 45% marks. Additionally, candidates who have passed a 3-year or 2-year (lateral entry) Diploma examination, or a B.Sc. degree, or a D. Voc. stream in the same or allied sector are also eligible for admission to BTech in CSE at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya.
