Are there any fee waiver or scholarships for under graduating in Engineering in US?

I want to pursue my engineering from the top institute of US. But my budget is too low comparing 15-20lac expenses of US annually. Please write me some help regarding this. Are there any scholarships or fee waiver I can get for my under graduation.

Yes, most top universities do offer scholarships to undergraduate students. However, the competition is very tight for the same and you require excellent academic credentials. You would required atleast 85% and above in class 12th in physics, chemistry and maths, followed by an excellent SAT score.
