The office administration of IIT Jodhpur motivates, guides and assists students in applying for any applicable scholarships/financial aid. The office also performs correspondence between the Institute and Government agencies. Some of the scholarships under the institute are as follows:
- SC scholarship for Top Class students
- ST scholarship for Top Class students
- Fee Remission for B.Tech Students as per MoE guidelines
- UGC-CSIR JRF/SRF funding
