Are there any good colleges that I can get for B.Tech CSE with 64.8% in class 12th with PCM? I belong to SC category.

On the basis of 12th percentage you can.only get into private colleges and some state universities. Considering your category quota you might be successful in fetching a seat there . Also, let me know if you have appeared for JEE Mains or other entrance exam, so I can assist you accordingly.
