Are there any good universities in Singapore to pursue BBM?

My son is an average student and he have completed class 12th with 60% marks.

Yes, you can try for National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University. You can visit the websites and check the admission requirements. It will be competitive with 60% to be very honest, particularly in NUS and NTU.
