Yes, Mumbai has government and government-aided colleges for B.Com. Top ones include Sydenham College, Elphinstone College, and Ismail Yusuf College. These are affordable and well-known. You need to pass 12th grade, and admission is mostly based on your marks. Apply through the University of Mumbai
