Vskills a Initiative by govt of India, NIELIT,CDAC provide this But for ethical hacking better You should go for Eccouncil Certified Ethical hacker it is best and International certificate and accepted Worldwide

CDAC and NIELIT offer short term/PG Diploma programmes in VLSI, Embedded Systems and related areas. Besides there are private institutes in many parts of the country.
