    Yes, there are additional charges over & above the course fee for BTech in CS Engineering at Punjab Engineering College Ch&igarh, including:
    - Admission fee: Rs. 5,000
    - One-time student service fee: Rs. 6,000
    - Security deposit (refundable): Rs. 8,000
    - Other facilities & services: Rs. 6,000 per semester
    Total additional charges at the time of admission (for day scholar) = Rs. 25,000/-
