As per the details available on the internet/university website, there are vacancy for international students, but nowhere is mentioned specifically for Indian students. As per the data available, an estimated 5.53 Lacs Indian students are studying abroad in 86 countries as per government data where

No, because for visa, you at least have to score overall 6.5 bands. It is a rule and in every subject such as listening, speaking, reading & writing you should not get marks below 5.5. I suggest you to reaper for IELTS and work hard. I am sure you will get 6.5 overall.
