Sies doesn't encourage any management quota seats , all the admission process are transperant and on merit. The ILS seats are also filled on merit basis.

No, all seats are purely on merit except children of employees of SIES institutions.
The institute does not charge any Capitation Fees, whatsoever. Further, the institute
does NOT have any admission agents for the purpose of admission to any of the
programs at SIESCOMS.
