    Yes, actually .
At GIBS, it's not only regular marketing, finance, or HR classes. There are some extra and different things that make learning more interesting.

We have practical sessions, live projects, industry talks, and some new-age topics like AI, digital tools, analytics, leadership, and entrepreneurship. There are also workshops, bootcamps, and activities where we learn by doing, not just by listening. It doesn't feel like boring classroom learning. It's more hands-on, fun, and useful for real jobs, which is what makes GIBS a bit different from normal business colleges.

Yes, GIBS has introduced some fresh and unique PGDM specializations that go beyond regular business classes:

    • FinTech Management – focuses on technologies transforming finance: blockchain, AI in banking, digital payments, etc.
    • MarTech Management – blends marketing with tech like AI-driven marketing, analytics, customer targeting, and campaign optimization.
    • HRTech Management – applies data analytics and digital tools in HR to manage talent, engagement, and recruitment through tech.

These are quite different from traditional business courses and designed for the tech-driven business environment.

Yes, GIBS has positioned a variety of programs outside of the realm of standard business studies, such as design thinking, artificial intelligence, digital media strategy, and global sales. Additionally, GIBS also has experiential learning modules like campus-to-corporate training and project management which focuses on these real-world skills. What GIBS offers is an effective combination of technology, creativity and global exposure. Rather than just a theory course, students will focus their time on live projects, data analytics, and interdisciplinary challenges. These types of courses help to create, and therefore more valuable, fle

One of the best practices that GIBS provides to its students for achieving success in obtaining jobs at the highest levels is the strong encouragement given to gain hands-on experience by using live project work and case studies. The faculty encourage students to look outside of their textbooks and apply the information learned in class to practical business situations; this approach allows students to gain self-assurance, enhance their analytical abilities and develop a greater understanding of what is involved in critical thinking. Having these critical thinking and communication skills will give students the ability to articulate th

If you're confused between the old and new GIBS campus, small practical things can make the decision easier. The new campus has more modern classrooms, which feel more comfortable for daily learning. The Wi-Fi is better, so it helps during online work, research, and presentations. The event and seminar spaces are also bigger and better managed, which makes sessions, guest talks, and activities more enjoyable.

Overall, the new campus just feels more convenient and smooth for students, while the core learning and GIBS culture remain the same.

At the new GIBS campus, there are plenty of chill and hangout spots where students can relax between classes or after a long day. There are open lawns and green spaces where you can sit with friends, talk, or just enjoy some fresh air . There are also common seating areas and benches around the campus that make it easy to meet up and hang out.

Inside, there are informal spaces like lounges or cafeteria corners where you can grab a coffee or snack and just relax. Some spots even feel like little break zones where students naturally gather to chat, study in groups, or scroll on their phones.

GIBS has fun and relaxed places all around campu

At GIBS, if you want to work on projects or try something new, you get good support. Faculty are approachable and guide you properly, whether it's a college project or some research work. You can always discuss ideas, clear doubts, and get help when needed.

For entrepreneurship also, GIBS encourages students a lot. There are talks, sessions, and activities where you can share your ideas and get feedback. The campus environment itself motivates you to think differently and try new things. Overall, it feels like you're supported at every step, not left alone to figure things out.
