Are there any NIT or IIT institutes which conduct their own entrance exam for B.Tech admission?

NIT and IIT provide admission by through JEE Mains and Advance exam. Therefore, appear for the same to get admission in IIT or NIT.

No, you need to appear for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced exam to get admission in IIT.
