No, just the pre-exams for an institute are mandatory and get good scores for a better university. All the best for your bright future my dear friend!

No, not normally. Degrees from a UGC recognised university India is recognised all over the world. At best, they may ask you to appear in an admission test.

Hi, Well it depends, not that you cannot apply for a PG Diploma, but depends on your reason, intent of studies and career plans. Be clear with things like how the Diploma will add value to your CV, what additional will you learn, how it is going to help in your career etc.
