The Malnad College of Engineering has many scholarship programmes for the students in the college. Some of the scholarships offered by Karnataka government post; Post Metric Scholarship to SC/ST, Fee –reimbursements to SC/ST, Concession of fees to Category -I, IIA, IIIA, IIIB to GM students.
Furthermore, internal scholarships which are provided by M-Foundation Scholarship, Shri. Students receive Abdul Gaffar Shariff Scholarship, and MTES Gold Medals. Other scholarships include; AICTE Pragati scholarship scheme for girls Scholars, KARNATAKA LABOR WELFARE BOARD SCHOLARSHIP, and Ministry of HRD SCHOLARSHIP.
