<p>Pondicherry Engineering College disburses many scholarships to meritorious and deserving students. It makes sure that 90% of the students avail of scholarships. Major Scholarships: Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: INR 10,000-20,000 per year Government of Puducherry Scholarship: INR 5,000-10,000 per year Central Sector Scholarship: INR 10,000-20,000 per year Alumni Scholarship: INR 5,000-10,000 per year Eligibility: 60-90% aggregate marks with an annual family income of below INR 2-6 lakhs. Other Facilities: SC/ST students are exempted from the fee structure. BC/MBC students have fee exemption to the extent of 50%. More than 500 students have received scholarships every year, which is a total of INR 1.5 crore. The scholarship is offered in amounts ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 50,000 per year.&nbsp;</p>
